Famille de produits Microsoft permettant aux utilisateurs de capturer, d’organiser et de réutiliser des notes électroniquement.
Hello Haas,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum Support.
I’m really sorry you’re going through this, especially after spending so much time trying to fix it. It’s incredibly frustrating when your notes often critical for work or personal use suddenly become inaccessible. You’ve already done a lot to troubleshoot, and I completely understand how exhausting that must be.
Let’s work through this together and get your OneNote syncing properly again.
Kindly check OneNote Version Compatibility
- Make sure you’re using the same version of OneNote across devices (e.g., OneNote for Windows 10 vs. OneNote Desktop).
- If you’re using OneNote for Windows 10, consider switching to the OneNote Desktop app, which has better sync support.
Verify Notebook Location
- Open OneNote → go to File > Info → check the notebook’s location.
- If it’s saved to OneDrive, ensure you’re signed in with the correct account and that OneDrive is syncing properly. Clear OneNote Cache
- Close OneNote.
- Navigate to:
C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneNote\ - Delete the cache folder (you may want to back it up first).
- Reopen OneNote and try syncing again.
Repair Office Installation
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
- Find Microsoft Office → click Change → select Quick Repair or Online Repair. Try Opening from OneDrive Web
- Go to https://onedrive.live.com/ and try opening the notebook directly from the browser.
- If it opens there, the issue may be with the local app, kindly uninstall and re-install
