You can try this: open Outlook, go to your Junk Email folder, right-click on one of the emails that should be going to your Inbox, and select Junk > Not Junk to mark it as safe. When prompted, check the box to Always trust email from this sender. Next, open the Home tab > Junk > Junk Email Options, then go to the Safe Senders tab and add the email addresses or domains you want to trust. It’s also helpful to check your Rules and Blocked Senders list under Home > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts, sometimes messages get redirected there by mistake.
Have you noticed if this happens with all senders or only certain ones?
