Je n'arrive plus à imprimer les documents word mais je peux imprimer les documents excel et powerpoint.

Comment puis je rendre de nouveau possible l'impression de documents word ?

Apologies about that! It would be a bit different when you are on Mac.

But no worries! You can try the following instead:

1. Quit Word
2. Open Finder
3. Press Command + Shift + G
4. Paste this path: ~/Library/Preferences
   1. Locate and move to Trash:
      • com.microsoft.Word.plist
      • com.microsoft.office.plist (optional)
   2. Reopen Word and try printing.

This resets corrupted printing settings of Word. As for the add ins, this checks if an add-in or template is breaking printing.

Quit Word

1. Press Control on your keyboard while opening or clicking Word

Choose “Don’t load add-ins”

If printing works → an add-in is causing the issue.

Normal, les conseilles "indépendants" ne sont pas toujours des experts de macOS, plutôt des utilisateurs d'IA. En fait, dans les versions récentes de macOS, c'est plutôt le dossier Microsoft Word qu'on trouve dans ~/Bibliothèque/Containers qu'il suffit de supprimer pour remettre les choses en ordre dans bien des cas :

With regards to the issue, it could be that you have some add-ins installed on your Word app which causes the issue for the print to not work. But if I may ask, are there any error messages when you are trying to print a document?

In the meantime, you can try the following steps:

1. Press Windows + R
2. Type: services.msc → press Enter
3. Scroll to Print Spooler
4. Right-click → Restart
5. Try printing again from Word.

For the add-ins, you may try the follow steps to see if it is the add-ins causing this. This checks if an add-in is blocking printing.

1. Press Windows + R
2. Type: winword /safe → Enter
3. Open any Word file and try to print.

If it works, you can then proceed to disable the add-ins by going to File → Options → Add-ins → COM Add-ins → Go → Uncheck everything → Restart Word (in Word app)
