Hello,
I am the sole Global Administrator of a Microsoft Entra ID tenant that I created. I have lost access to this tenant because my Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) device (my old phone) is no longer available, and I have no backup authentication method configured.
As the only administrator of this tenant, I am unable to:
- Sign in to the Azure Portal for this tenant
- Reset my own MFA settings
- Delegate access to another administrator
I am reaching out to Microsoft Support to request assistance in regaining access to my tenant, either by resetting or disabling MFA on my account, or by any other recovery process available for locked-out sole administrators.
I am able to provide any necessary proof of identity and tenant ownership (tenant ID, domain name, subscription details, billing information, etc.).

I can signin in another tenant but not this one.
Please treat this as a priority request. Every minute of delay is impacting our production environment and our end users.
