Bonjour,

Tête en l'air, je viens d'acheter par erreur Office Famille 2024 en ligne au lieu de Windows. J'ai contacté l'aide en ligne puis l'aide téléphonique, mais je ne parviens pas à parler à un conseiller. Je suis allé sur le lien aka.ms/rfnd mais là aussi, il n'est donné accès qu'au remboursement d'abonnements... Donc je ne vois pas d'options en ligne...
