Cyber Monday: Avoiding the headaches of seasonal demand

So, that was Cyber Monday. How was it for you?

It's thought three quarters of small and medium sized businesses planned to take advantage of Cyber Monday on December 1st, spending an estimated £1.6bn bracing themselves for another bumper year.

However, for some SMBs, Cyber Monday means more headaches than celebrations, as websites struggle to keep up with the increase in demand.

Dave Coplin, Microsoft UK Chief Envisioning Officer has written an interesting article on the three ways to avoid the headaches of seasonal demands.
