This article applies to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) version 9.1 using the legacy web client. If you’re using Unified Interface, your apps work the same as Unified Interface for model-driven Power Apps. You can send the same message to multiple recipients using email templates. This is known as direct or bulk emailing. You can also use mail merge with Word and Word templates to create the message.
Go to Sales, Service, or Marketing.
Select the record type you want. For example, click Contacts.
In the list of records, select the contacts you want to send email to.
In the web app: Select the More Commands button
, and then select Send Direct Email.
In the Send Direct Email dialog box, select the template you want to use.
Click Send.
