Sign Up for an Azure Subscription

With an Azure subscription and the Windows Live ID associated with that subscription, you gain access to the Azure Management Portal.

For information about how to sign up for an Azure subscription, visit https://windows.azure.com and log on with your Windows Live ID.

Use the Windows Azure Management Portal to manage Azure accounts. After you are logged in using your Windows Live ID, you have access to all subscriptions associated with your Live ID. You use the portal to manage hosted services, storage accounts, and databases. You can also manage ACS authentication using the portal.
