CoreWebView2DownloadStartingEventArgs.Cancel Property

If canceled, the download save dialog is not displayed regardless of the Handled value and the state is changed to CoreWebView2DownloadState.Interrupted with interrupt reason CoreWebView2DownloadInterruptReason.UserCanceled.
