Parses a theme at design time.

This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Parameters

host: IDesignerHost

Manages designer components.

theme: String

The content to parse.

themePath: String

The path to the theme, which is used in creating the parser.

The RootBuilder from the parser that parsed the theme.
