Gets a value indicating whether the items in the collection can be modified.

Use the IsReadOnly property to determine whether the items in the DataKeyArray collection can be modified.
Napomena
This property has been overridden to always return false, to indicate that the DataKey objects in the DataKeyArray object can be added or removed. The DataKey objects themselves cannot be changed.
