- Verify the Package Integrity
- Corrupted/Incomplete Download: This is the most common issue, make sure that you're downloading from the official source if possible and check the file size against the information that is listed on the download page
- Temporary disable Firewall/Antivirus software before download
- Check permission:
- Right-Click on the installer package (.msi or .exe) then choose Run as administrator
- Reset Windows Installer Service:
- Press Windows + R > type services.msc > Enter
- Look for Windows Installer > Make sure Startup type is set to Manual and service status should be running (In case it is stop, click Start)
- Apply > OK
