Uso di versioni precedenti di Outlook per Mac in ambienti aziendali
Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.
You are using Outlook desktop software but not an outlook.com address?
Are you using a custom domain address you own?
That message usually means your domain does not have SPF or DMARC records in DNS.
SPF is a TXT record - it will look something like this but with your email server listed instead of outlook.com v=spf1 include:outlook.com -all
A DMARC record is a TXT record in your DNS - this is a good general use entry: use _dmarc as the name and v=DMARC1; p=quarantine as the data. ns.
You can check your DNS records at mxtoolbox.com - they also have an SPF generator - https://mxtoolbox.com/SPFRecordGenerator.aspx
Let us know how it goes, we're here to help you further if needed.
