I cannot receive some emails - those are not in spam neither in inbox

Hi,

few minutes ago I purchased a ticket in the website lufthansa.com.

The confirmation has been sent by email to my email adress ( double checked and it is correct).

Now I never received this email.

This is not in spam , not in inbox.

My email is fully working : in fact I did a test with my father (google email) and it was ok : received and sent.

This is not the first time I have this issue and honestly I am thinking to change provider because the issue is really annoying.
