Storico mail Outlook inaccessibile

Question

Buonasera, ho da poco riattivato il profilo Outlook di un utente rimasto senza licenza (plan 1) per 6 mesi, il problema è che ora non riesce a caricare lo storico delle email inviate/ricevute nel periodo precedente, compaiono solo le ultime ricevute, c'è un modo per riabilitare l'archivio mail? (Premetto che non è stato eliminato nulla ma solo disabilitato). Grazie!

Buongiorno, il problema segnalato in precedenza persiste, perché verificando nella cartella Outlook Data File non ci sono file PST,

pertanto la mia domanda è:

Ci sono altri modi per recuperare le mail inviate prima della sospensione dell’ account pur non avendo file nel sistema che riportano a quelle mail?

First of all, we regret for the inconvenience caused to your work. Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, please kindly refer to following information:  

• If the user has multiple PST files, try opening each one to see if the emails are there. Go to File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File and select the PST files
• Please also kindly try to **** ask your admin for help to Get started with Content search | Microsoft Learn and then check whether you can find them.
