MS Outlook per MAC non scarica posta da indirizzi POP

Question

Uso la versione 16.92 di MS Outlook per MAC. Con Outlook gestisco, come POP, la posta elettronica di diversi mie indirizzi. Dal 9 gennaio (2025) uno di questi (quello "aziendale", che è un indirizzo gmail con autenticazione a 2 fattori) ha smesso di scaricare la posta. Riesco con questo indirizzo ad inviare mail ma non più (dal 9 gennaio) a scaricare. Ho provato a cancellare e ricreare l'indirizzo, sempre come POP, facendo riscaricare tutta la posta e mi ha scaricato le mail dal 2011 al 2016. Ma non mi scarica , dopo questa, più niente. Outlook è aggiornato. Grazie per chi mi aiuterà. Michele

Ad essere onesti, sono anche piuttosto perplesso dal fatto che la tua casella di posta Gmai sia configurata con il protocollo IMAP per sincronizzare tutte le email, ma il protocollo POP sia configurato per sincronizzare solo le email dal 2011 al 2016. E hai rieliminato la casella di posta Gmail e riconfigurato la casella di posta del protocollo POP, sempre la stessa situazione.

Potresti aiutarmi indicando quale icona stai utilizzando per Outlook ora? È quello anteriore o quello posteriore?

Using the Outlook for MAC, with the IMAP protocol I'm able to see all the emails I have with the gmail account (also the last ones). I had done this test.

With the POP protocol I was able to download only a part of the emails.

Strangely, Outlook for MAC, downloaded part of the emails I received: only the emails from 2012 to 2016.

I have (in Outlook for MAC) other email addresses configured with the POP protocol. They are working correctly (i.e. they download the email).

This issue arise only with one of these: the corporate gmail address.

Obviously. I have mail to be synchronized after 2016!! As I wrote, using Outlook for MAC the gmail account was working until January 8, 2025. This mean that until few days ago the gmail account configured as POP was downloading the email.
