Error 500 when accessing Outlook mailbox

Hello,

I can log into my Microsoft account without issues, but when I try to access my Hotmail inbox (via https://outlook.live.com), I consistently get this error:

500
Something went wrong.
We can't get that information right now. Please try again later.

This only happens with this email address – other accounts work fine.
I've tried multiple browsers, devices, cleared cache, and even changed networks (Wi-Fi/4G), but the problem persists.

There are no security alerts or account issues on https://account.live.com.

Please check if there’s a server-side issue with my mailbox.

    There are currently several reports of the same issue with Outlook. From what I’ve checked, it appears to be a problem with the service. You can check the status here: https://portal.office.com/servicestatus/

    You will need to wait until Microsoft fixes the issue.
