Question

Io utilizzo Win-7 Home Premium e dopo aver disinstallato Google Crome non funzionano più i collegamenti ipertestuali che ricevo con Outlook 2010. Il risultato è che mi comare il messaggio: Operazione annullata a causa delle restrizioni impostate nel computer. Contattare l'amministatore di sistema. GRAZIE

Il più delle volte è sufficiente "forzare" la reimpostazione di Internet Explorer quale browser predefinito.

Modificare i programmi predefiniti mediante Impostazioni accesso ai programmi

1. Chiudi Internet Explorer e Outlook.
2. Start -> Programmi predefiniti -> Impostazioni accesso ai programmi -> Personalizzata -> "Scegliere il browser predefinito": seleziona il radio button "Internet Explorer" e la casella di controllo "Abilita accesso al programma".
3. Nella stessa finestra di dialogo: "Scegliere il programma di posta elettronica predefinito": seleziona Outlook e la casella di controllo "Abilita accesso al programma".

Click su "OK".

4. Riapri Outlook e fai un test.

2. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes.html
3. Right click the value for the .html key and select Modify...
4. Change the value from "ChromeHTML" to "htmlfile" (or from FireFoxHTML to htmlfile)

Repeat these steps for htm and .shtml keys if they exist. You may also want to check the xhtml and xhtm keys.

Don't want to edit the registry? Download this file (right click and choose Save target as...) Change the extension to reg and double click to run..."
