Sebbene le mie impostazioni di sway lo permettano non riesco a permettere ai miei visualizzatori di esportare lo sway in pdf.

Come fare?

grazie,

saluti

Actually, nevermind, the bug appears to happen any time someone tries to print/export and isn't signed in.  We'll get right on fixing that and thanks for reporting!  In the meantime, if your viewers sign into Sway, it should work.

Can I sand you a private e-mail with the screenshots and the link to the sway?

    Sara,

Could you take a screenshot of your settings pane and share it with me here?  I wonder if there is a specific combination of settings that causes this not to work.  Also, would you be able to share a link to the Sway in question?

    Hi Jason,

thank you for your answer. I'm sure the option to allow exporting ro PDF in cheked. It happens that when a viewer tries to export appears a messege:"The author does not allow the duplication, printing or export of this Sway".

    What can I do?

    thank you

    Hi Sara,

Open your Sway as the author, open the settings pane from the ... menu, and make sure the option to allow exporting to PDF is checked.  With that checked, what happens when your viewers try to export?
