but i don't know why there isn't the icon for web app... look this:
What i have to do to solving this problem?

No, it isn't that long ago. They (and their icon) were still present in Access 2016.

Web apps have been deprecated in Access since Access 2013. That's why the icon isn't there. Access is not really suitable for a web based application.

which means "Hi" in Italian because you've posted in an Italian forum ;-) but as an exception I'll answer in English:
You don't see the icon because it isn't there any more.
The video is outdated. At the web page below the video frame there's a warning that you shouldn't use web apps any more. Unfortunately the warning itself is kind of outdated and unclear.
It should say sth like: We've deprecated Access web apps in 2017. They are no more available in Office 365 and Access 2019.

Il video è obsoleto. Sulla pagina sotto la finestra del video c'è l'avvertimento di non usare più le web app. Purtroppo anche l'avvertimento è un po' obsoleto/inchiaro.
Dovrebbe dire: Abbiamo abolito Access web apps nel 2017. Non sono più presente in Office 365 e Access 2019.
