i can't access excel anymore with my university account

suddenly i can't access to excel with my university account, i have an A3 license and shows the error in the image when i use the uni email. on the browser version through my university portal i can do everything just fine, the problem is when i try to use the downloaded version. some time ago it started not updating my files and when today i did a logout it wouldn't let me access it anymore

Please note that this forum is a user-user support forum and we do not have access to your Microsoft account.

The quickest way to resolve this is to contact the help desk or IT department of the university.

They should be able to help with resetting your authentication.
