however, i can login online thanks to my university's credentials. i cannot install the app on my pc and i need them.

Hi Beatrice,

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble installing your office apps. The error explicitly mentions contacting an administrator. Your university likely manages software licenses centrally. So, I would suggest you first contact with your University IT department. Or, if you no longer need your school account, you can also consider remove the credentials by:

Open Control Panel > Credential Manager > Remove any saved credentials for the software. (notice that this is for Windows PC)
