Once you’ve changed your passwords online, you need to update them in the Outlook app:
Open Outlook (New) on Windows
Go to Settings (gear icon) > Accounts
Select the email account you want to update
Click Manage or Sign In again
Enter your new password when prompted
Note: If Outlook doesn’t prompt you automatically, you may need to remove and re-add the account.
