Come posso recuperare un account Microsoft che è stato hackerato?

Buongiorno a tutti,

purtroppo il profilo Microsoft di mio figlio è stato hackerato, è stato anche cancellato dalla Microsoft family e chiaramente questo ha causato non molti problemi. Abbiamo provato a fare la procedura per ripristinare l'account e la psw, ma sono riusciti a cambiare l'indirizzo email di recupero.

Abbiamo provato anche a compilare il modulo di ripristino, ma non riusciamo a compilare tutte le domandde perchè mio figlio non aveva vecchi indirizzi email, non ha fatto acquisti, non ha un account xbox e questo blocca la procedura. Ho acquistato per mio figlio Minecraft ed ora chiaramente non riesce a giocarci dato che il suo profilo è stato hackerato. Esiste un modo per recuperare il profilo? Sinceramente non sono contento che un estraneo giochi ad un gioco che ho acquistato per mio figlio, esiste un modo per recuperare o bloccare l'accesso al gioco? Dato che nel mio profilo l'acquisto del gioco è presente, è possibile aggiungendo un altro membro alla familia dare la possibilità al nuovo menbro di scaricare e giocare a Minecraft?

If it doesn't work, and since the email address has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft/Minecraft account or the purchased Minecraft game license, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support immediately as they can possibly suspend the account permanently once they have confirmed that the account can no longer be recovered in order to prevent the hacker from using the account:
