Non riesco ad aggiornare windows 10 ad windows 11 gratuitamente

buongiorno, seppur avendo tutti i requisiti necessari, avendo una key valida per Win 10 pro da anni ormai non mi fa aggiornare gratuitamente a windows 11, non mi appare la disponibilita da windows update, perche??? qualcuno mi puo essere d'aiuto??
