Problem with Outlook new

Hi everyone,

I'm writing because I'm still having problems syncing my Google Calendar and Outlook New. This happens randomly; sometimes it works perfectly, other times there's no sync, and other times it's one-way. Since my wife uses it primarily for her business and isn't used to other tools, I'd like to resolve the situation. I have a Google Workspace subscription, formerly GSuite. We never had any problems with Calendar. On my PC, which uses classic Outlook, I've always used and still use GWSMO, and it always syncs. I wanted to ask if it's now possible to use GWSMO for Outlook New as well. Otherwise, you'll solve the problem. It's too late. I've read somewhere that I'm not the only one. best regards
