Account Outlook bloccato, modulo di recupero non funziona e nessun contatto con un operatore

Buongiorno,

scrivo perché il mio account Outlook è stato improvvisamente bloccato. Ho già provato più volte a recuperarlo tramite il modulo ufficiale (https://account.live.com/acsr), ma ricevo sempre una risposta IMMEDIATA e automatica che dice che non è stato possibile verificare la mia identità.

Ho cercato di contattare Microsoft attraverso il numero verde, il sito di supporto e anche via Twitter (sia a @MicrosoftHelps che @MicrosoftAiuta), ma non riesco in nessun modo a parlare con un operatore umano.

L’account contiene email personali IMPORTANTI e la situazione è diventata urgente.

Vi chiedo cortesemente se è possibile ricevere supporto da un moderatore o essere contattata privatamente per fornire i dati necessari.

Please note that here in Microsoft Q&A Learn, we are fellow users and do not have access to your account. Also, the account recovery process is fully automated and does not involve human intervention, in order to prevent unauthorized access.

When your account is blocked, Microsoft provides instructions on how to unblock it:

If unsuccessful, you can fill out the reinstatement form here: https://www.microsoft.com/concern/AccountReinstatement

Note: This is different from the account recovery form.

Microsoft will review the reason your account was locked. If they determine that you are the rightful owner, they will reinstate your account. Please note that they typically respond within 48 to 72 hours. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders for their response.
