perchè non è possibile annullare il riscatto di un codice office 2024 perchè inserito su un account sbagliato?

purtroppo per un errore umano è stato riscattato un codice di office 2024 su un accont sbagliato.

non capisco perchè microsoft non abbia istituito un supporto tecnico specifico per questo problema (purtoppo a quanto pare non esiste soluzione).

vi ricordo che i sistemi informatici servono a risolvere i problemi e non a crearne degli altri, siamo umani, non macchine.

spero che Microsoft si svegli e decida di dare supporto con persone reali e con soluzioni funzionanti.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I completely understand how inconveniencing it must be to have accidentally redeemed your Office 2024 product key on the wrong account, and to find that there’s no straightforward way to reverse it.

Unfortunately, once a Microsoft Office product key has been redeemed and linked to a Microsoft account, it becomes permanently associated with that account. This is a security measure designed to prevent misuse or unauthorized transfers of licenses. As a result, Microsoft Support is unable to cancel or reassign the key to a different account after redemption.

In the meantime, if you still have access to the account where the key was redeemed, you can continue using Office from there or share access if appropriate.
