Su word non mi compare la sezione riferimenti di Mendeley

Question

Salve, ho installato Mendeley (versione 2.136.0) su un mac pro retina (11.7.10) che presenta una versione di word 16.77. Non riesco però a visualizzare la schermata presente su word di mendeley con le opzioni di aggiunta della citazione etc. Vedo solo il simbolo di mendeley rosso sulla parte destra della schermata di word.

Please try closing Word, reinstalling Mendeley Cite from the “Tools” menu in Mendeley Reference Manager, then reopen Word and enable the add-in under Word > Preferences > Ribbon & Toolbar. This should make the citation options easier to access.
