Errore installazione office 30015-45 (193)

Salve, avevo installato precedentemente una versione di office 2016. Questa installazione era collegata al mio account universitario dei tempi. Da qualche mese, l'università ha staccato quell'account e ho dovuto disinstallare office. Ho provveduto a cancellare tutto quello che c'era sul pc relativo ad office. Ora sto cercando di reinstallare un nuovo office 2024 ma mi dà continuamente il seguente errore dopo un pò che carica 30015-45 (193). Una volta fatto ok, mi compare a seguire quest altro codice di errore Error code: 0-2031 (17002), ma in questo caso ho sia memoria libera che connessione attiva. Sapreste aiutarmi a risolvere? Vorrei continuare ad utilizzare microsoft office. Grazie.

Access the link below. Select "Uninstall." It will open "Get Help." It will ask you to uninstall Office. Say "yes" and wait for the process to complete.

If it fails, you'll have to perform a manual uninstall, but use the MSI method to uninstall.
