How can i block myself to edit the hosts files? Please help me

Hi everyone. I will be very honest, i have a porn addiction and i put many sites to block their DNS in the hosts files. The problem is that i can't encrypt the file, since my Windows version is not Pro, and i don't know an alternative method to do it. Before someone says "use a program to block sites" i can't because the programs can't block the DNS directly, and many sites aren't actually blocked by Open DNS and many others, the only one who does its job correctly itìs the hosts files, but i NEED it to be uneditable, i have to prevent myself to edit it and lock it! If someone will help me i will be very grateful!
