Aggiornamento di Office 2016 blocca tutti gli altri

Salve, da stamattina non riesco a effettuare gli aggiornamenti di Windows 10 per via di un errore di download 0x80070643 sul KB5002782 di Office 2016. I vari aggiornamenti di Office 2016 sono riusciti, questo no...

Windows dice "Errore di download" ma in realtà il problema si presenta in fase di installazione... Quando si completa l'installazione dell'aggiornamento cumulativo di Windows, riavvio come richiesto ma una schermata avvisa che l'aggiornamento è fallito e che le modifiche saranno annullate. E riparte tutto daccapo, incluso l'aggiornamento di .NET Framework che si era installato senza necessità di riavvio.

Se clicco il link "Riprova", si resetta la schermata degli aggiornamenti.

Premetto che la soluzione di passare a Windows 11 non è praticabile poiché il portatile non risulta soddisfare i requisiti minimi (sebbene avesse Windows 8.1 Professional già installato e attivato al primo avvio).

Oh that’s fantastic news, Gaspare!I’m really glad you dug into it and spotted that detail in Revo Uninstaller it makes perfect sense now why Windows kept tripping over itself. By uninstalling the already-stuck update and then cleanly reinstalling it from the Microsoft package, you basically cleared the conflict without having to touch the whole Office suite. that’s a very smart solution.

Sorry that the issue persists, you can try this, check system integrity by running sfc /scannow and then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth in Command Prompt as Administrator, this repairs corrupted system files that can block updates from installing.
