I hope you're doing well. I'm following up on the issue we discussed regarding the phone number +39800900461.
Unfortunately, the problem is still ongoing. Inbound calls to this number are not working — the number is unreachable. Outbound calls from Azure are functioning correctly.
I've also opened a ticket with the Phone Number Service Center (REQ-307278-J2L5D), but they report the number as "unassigned" on their end, even though it is properly configured in our Azure Communication Services resource.
Could you please help escalate this or advise on the next steps?
