    Hello Sato#,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you encounter issues while working with video files.  Just to set your expectations, we have limited tools to check your account, subscription, and service details in the community. Let me do my best to help you.

    Let me ask you this:

    • I'd like to know what @domain and who hosts your email account. Example @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
      • Can I find out if the account is for work/school use or personal use (Hotmail/Outlook.com)?

Let’s troubleshoot this together! First, let’s address the issue of importing your video into Clipchamp. Here are some steps you can follow:

    1. Check File Format and Compatibility:
      • Ensure that the video file you downloaded from your iPad is indeed in MP4 format, as you mentioned. Sometimes, file extensions can be misleading, so double-check the actual file format.
      • Clipchamp accepts a wide range of media files, but it’s always good to verify compatibility.
    2. File Size and Resolution:
      • You mentioned that the video is approximately 12GB in size. Large files can sometimes cause issues during import.
      • To reduce the file size, consider lowering the resolution. You can use video editing software or online tools to compress the video without compromising too much quality.
      • If you’re open to suggestions, I recommend using HandBrake, a free and powerful video converter. It allows you to adjust resolution, bitrate, and other settings to reduce file size while maintaining decent quality.
    3. Importing into Clipchamp:
      • Open Clipchamp and click on the “Import media” button.
      • Browse your computer’s files and select the video you want to edit.
      • Follow the prompts to add the file to your Clipchamp project.
    4. Graph Disappearing Issue:
      • Regarding the issue you faced with Photo Legacy, it’s essential to rule out any system-specific problems.
      • Try restarting your computer and then attempt the import process again.
      • If the issue persists, consider updating your graphics drivers or trying the import on a different computer to see if the behavior is consistent.

Remember, technology can be quirky sometimes, but we’ll get through this! If you encounter any further issues, feel free to ask for more assistance. Good luck with your video editing!
