Question

設定内のアカウント＞リンクされたデバイスにおいて古いパソコンを削除しようとして削除ボタンをクリックすると

「TraceID: sNVk+6WO+EeoTPyc.15.88」

との表示が出たのと同時に

「問題が発生しました。 しばらく待ってから、もう一度お試しください。 問題が解消されない場合お問い合わせ。」

と表示されてしまう。

解決方法をご存じの方は、いませんでしょうか？

May I know if you're using a Company device or company account?

Have you tried to remove it from a browser?

Please try to delete it from a browser, please go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in your account. Please look for the device that you would like to be removed, click Show Details click More actions and Remove.

Then tick the "I'm ready to remove this device" and hit Remove.
