Office 2024 Professional を含む、買い切り版ライセンス（リテール版、ボリュームライセンス版）はライセンスをデバイス（PC）に対して付与します。そのため、Office をインストールしたデバイスにサインイン可能なすべてのユーザーは、ライセンス認証された Office 製品を利用できます。

サブスクリプション版（Microsoft 365）は原則としてユーザー ライセンスなので、デバイスに Office アプリがインストールされていても、サインインするユーザーに Microsoft 365 ライセンスが割り当てられていない場合は Office を利用できません。

※Microsoft 365 でもデバイス ライセンスを利用できる契約形態がありますが、やや特殊なので省略します。

Hi! Office 2024 Pro is used to describe two different offerings. Office Professional 2024 (retail/OEM, one-time purchase) is licensed per device and intended for use by one person at a time on that device. The retail license forbids making the software available for simultaneous use over a network/hosting and limits remote use to a single designated user no more than once every 90 days (others must be licensed separately). In other words, installing the retail/OEM edition on a shared company PC so multiple people can use it would not be compliant with the license terms.

For shared devices in business, the compliant route is Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 under Volume Licensing. LTSC is built for managed, multi-user environments and is activated through your organization using KMS or MAK, deployed with the Office Deployment Tool. If you plan to put Office on a company PC that multiple users access, use LTSC Pro Plus 2024 under your volume agreement and activate via KMS/MAK.
