Azure Database for MySQL フレキシブルサーバーにて、SSL通信のエラーがでました。

Question

本日、９時ごろに発覚しましたが、Azure Database for MySQL フレキシブルサーバーにて、SSL通信のエラーがでました。

昨日は問題ありませんでした。

証明書を https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertGlobalRootG2.crt.pem から取得し、差し替えたところ、正常に接続できるようになりました。

公式ドキュメントである、以下では接続はエラーになりました。

こちら、なぜ本日起きたのか？Azure側でなにか変更があったのか？こちらの原因の詳細を知りたいです。以上よろしくお願いいたします。
