Mac版のWordでプリントのボタンを押しても印刷のポップアップ画面が出てこない。Excelや他のアプリケーションでは普通に印刷画面が出て、プリントできます。

プリントのボタンとは何ですか？Macのアプリケーションはファイル > プリントメニューから印刷作業を起動するはずです。
もし、キーボードショートカットの ⌘+Pのことを言っているならそのものズバリを書かないと誤解が生じます。

Does it happen for all the Word files?
Kindly click File > Print. Or press Command + P. If one method doesn’t work but the other does, the issue is UI/button-related.
Also, try to minimize Word and see if the print window is behind it.
If it does not work, quit Word completely, restart the Mac. Then, open Word and test printing again.
