SameLogon	2	メモリの保護を解除できるのは、Protect(Byte[], MemoryProtectionScope) メソッドを呼び出したコードと同じユーザー コンテキストで実行されるコードのみです。
SameProcess	0	メモリの保護を解除できるのは、Protect(Byte[], MemoryProtectionScope) メソッドを呼び出したコードと同じプロセスで実行されるコードのみです。
