このメソッドは、ローカル管理者グループに属する Windows ユーザーのみが使用できます。
ScaleOut パラメーターが false に設定されている場合、このメソッドは接続しているレポート サーバー インスタンスの <ServerConfigInfoItem> 要素 1 つのみを返します。
