Question

현재 특정 채팅방에만 구성원들이 모두 파일을 업로드하지 못하고 있습니다.

모두 같은 조직의 구성원 입니다.

이미지는 복사 붙여넣기로 전송이 가능합니다.

하지만 [파일 첨부]를 통해 하는 방식에서는 작동하지 않습니다.

다른 채팅방은 정상적으로 작동합니다.

특정 한 채팅방만 그렇습니다.

질문

1. 특정 채팅방의 OneDrive 또는 SharePoint를 볼 수 있나요? 용량 문제인지 확인하고 싶습니다.
2. 캐시 제거, 팀즈 삭제 및 재설치, 웹에서 시도 등을 해보았지만 모두 "보내지 못했습니다." 오류가 발생합니다. 원인, 그리고 추가로 취해볼 수 있는 조치에 대해 알ㄹ주세요.

Currently, all members are not able to upload files only in certain chat rooms.

They are all members of the same organization.

Images can be transferred by copying and pasting.

However, it doesn't work in the way you do it through [file attachment].

Other chat rooms are working normally.

Only certain chat rooms are.

Question

1. Can I see OneDrive or SharePoint in a particular chat room? I want to make sure it's a capacity issue.
2. I've tried removing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the teams, and trying on the web, but they all get "failed to send" errors. Please let me know what's causing it and what additional actions I can take.

But the group chat is not a specific channel right now.

I simply invited several people and tied them up in one chat room.

Hello, thank you for your response.

Now that I've checked the problem again,

When you upload a file to the Teams chat room, the file is automatically uploaded to OneDrive while it is shared with the people in the chat room. When only certain chat rooms upload a file, it is uploaded to OneDrive, but the sharing status remains private.

1. If you are using the Teams app we can try on the web to see if it works, Open a browser and go to teams.live.com to sign in
2. Check to be sure internet connection is stable
3. File size limitations: the size of file you can upload on teams have certain limitations depending on your Microsoft 365 subscription, the usual is around 250MB.
4. If you are sing the Teams app, clear the teams cache and restart teams. see steps in the link; https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
5. Permission: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to upload files in the specific chat or channel. If you're trying to upload a file to a team or channel where you don't have permission, it won't work.
