First of all, would you please allow us to what's subscription that you're using, whether if it's an Office 365 for business/education or Microsoft 365 for personal/family ? This is really important to us which will help us to narrow this issue down for you.
Meanwhile, would you please allow us to know whether you're using the Teams desktop client or via the browser?
Would you please have a check on your browser Teams Web App and see if there's a same issue or not. (If you're using the Teams desktop client.)
