팀즈 커스텀 이모지가 삭제됩니다

팀즈 내 커스텀 이모지를 등록하고 사용하고 있으면 삭제됩니다.

팀즈 내 자동으로 삭제되는 시스템이 있는지요?

아니면 다른 사용자가 임의로 삭제해야만 삭제되는 시스템인지요?

커스텀 이모지를 등록후 삭제되었길래, 또 다시 등록했으나 또 삭제되어서요.

    According to your description, it sounds like you're experiencing some confusion with the custom emoji deletion process in Microsoft Teams.

    First of all, would you please allow us to what's subscription that you're using, whether if it's an Office 365 for business/education or Microsoft 365 for personal/family ? This is really important to us which will help us to narrow this issue down for you.

    Meanwhile, would you please allow us to know whether you're using the Teams desktop client or via the browser?

    Would you please have a check on your browser Teams Web App and see if there's a same issue or not. (If you're using the Teams desktop client.)

    회사에서 사용하고 있어서 정확한 버전은 모르겠으나 Office 365 for business 같습니다.

    팀즈는 테스트톱 앱으로 사용하고 있습니다.

    오늘 확인해보니 어제 등록한 커스텀 이모지가 또 삭제되었습니다

    Based on our tests, this feature does works on both desktop client and Teams Web App and syncing between both application immediately.

    I truly understand that the issue of your concern which happened on your Teams desktop client. But, please give a try and check Teams Web App and see if there's a same issue or not. For confirming this is really important to us, we can narrow down if it's a desktop client issue or other possible causes.

    If your Teams Web application works well, and the issue only happened on your desktop client, in this situation, would you please be kindly to clear cache as below steps:
