고객센터에 연락을 5시간 넘게 기다리면서 해봤지만 정작 답은 하나도 찾지 못했습니다.

저의 계정은 찾을 수 없다고 나오고, 로그인을 하려고 하면, 제 계정이 사라졌다고 나오고, 계정을 찾을라고하면, 다른 계정이 이미 연결되있다 그러고, 도대체 어쩌자는겁니까..

I downloaded an app, and as a result, a hacker changed both the name and number of my Microsoft account, leaving me completely unable to do anything.

I waited over 5 hours to contact customer support, but I couldn’t find any solutions.

It says my account cannot be found, and when I try to log in, it says my account no longer exists. When I attempt to recover the account, it says another account is already linked to it.

What on earth am I supposed to do?
