Windows에서 개인 이메일, 일정 및 연락처 관리에 클래식 Outlook 사용
Hi, veil_15
Good day!
Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist you!
According to your description, it sounds like you're experiencing a common issue with email formatting in Outlook. This can happen due to differences in how various email clients interpret HTML and other formatting styles.
Thanks for your detailed sharing from above, would you please work it together with us and see if we can figure it out.
For Sender's side, would you please check below:
- Check on OWA: Please have a easy check on your OWA - Outlook Web App and send it to recipient to see if there's a same issue or not. (Note: Please manually type several lines to check it.)
- Check Email Format: Ensure that the email is being composed in HTML format. In the classic Outlook desktop app, go to File > Options > Mail and set Compose messages in this format to HTML -Outlook에서 전자 메일 형식 변경 - Microsoft 지원.
- Use Inline Styles: When formatting emails with HTML, use inline styles instead of external style sheets. This helps ensure that the styling is preserved across different email clients. You can refer the similar thread in here- NEW Outlook Email Format is messing up - Microsoft Community.
Thanks for your attempts from the above. We're looking forward to your new update!
In addition, would you please allow us to collect your detailed desktop client version and product info with us for further assistance - 내가 사용 중인 Outlook 버전은 무엇인가요? - Microsoft 지원.
For the above basic troubleshooting, we can better locating the issue together. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in advance!
• Note: Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
