엑셀 파일 바로 열기 불가능

Question

마이크로소프트 오피스 2013 사용자입니다.

바탕화면이나 기타 폴더에서 엑셀파일을 열시 버전(.xls, .xlsx) 에 상관없이 더블 클릭한 문서가 바로 열리는게 아니라 셀이 있는 자리에 회색화면만 뜹니다. 화면 왼쪽 밑에 준비 라고 떠 있구요. 원래 열려고 했던 파일을 열려면 열기 버튼을 눌러 수동으로 다시 열어야 합니다.

• 기본 서식 파일(XLStart) 제거

a. Excel 기본 서식 파일(*.xlt, *.xltx)을 제거합니다.

(일반적으로 Excel의 기본 서식 파일은 C:\Users\사용자 이름\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates에 존재합니다.)

b. XLStart 폴더 내용 제거

(일반적으로 XLStart 폴더는 C:\Users\사용자 이름\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel에 존재합니다.)

(일반적으로 XLStart 폴더는 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\XLSTART에 존재합니다.64Bit 환경이라면, Porgram files(x86) 폴더로 확인 바랍니다.)

• 타사 프로그램과 충돌 - 문서 보안 DRM(Fasoo.com, McAfee, Document-Safer, SoftCamp, Mark-Any....)프로그램이 설치되어 있다면 반드시 제거하고 진행하시기 바랍니다.

• Excel 프로그램에서 [보기]-[모두 정렬]을 통해서 정렬시에도 동일한지도 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

1번 항목 실행해 봤는데 변함없구요.

2번 항목 타사프로그램이 뭔지 알수 없어서 Process Explorer txt파일 내용 적어드립니다.

3번 항목은 어찌하라는건지 알수가 없네요.

2번 항목중에 Process Explorer확인하셔서 삭제해야되는 프로그램있으면 어떤 프로그램인지 어떻게 삭제해야 하는지좀 알려주세요

문의 하신 Excel 파일이 열리지 않는 문제에 대해 안내를 드리겠습니다.

먼저 말씀해 주신 Process Explorer의 경우 Excel에 대한 DLL 목록이 아니라 전체 목록을 보내 주셨습니다. 프로그램을 다시 실행하여 Excel.exe 파일을 선택하면 하위에 Excel 프로그램에 대한 DLL 목록만 따로 백업하실 수 있을 것입니다. 해당 내용을 복사해서 보내 주시기 바랍니다.

또한 기본 연결 프로그램도 수정해 보시기 바랍니다.

1. 실행창(Windows 키 + R_에 regedit를 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 레지스트리 편집기에서 아래 폴더들을 제거해 주시기 바랍니다.
