엑셀 개체 인쇄 오류

안녕하세요.

갑작스런 인쇄 오류로 문제가 생겨 문의 드립니다.

1. 문제점

• 엑셀로 그림개체와 텍스트로 문서를 만들었는데, 인쇄를 하면 텍스트와 개체가 부분적으로 인쇄 되고있습니다.
• 거의 다수 개체가 안나옵니다.(PDF로 출력을 해도 동일합니다.)
• 물론 개체들의 속성에는 전부 개체 인쇄란에 체크가 되어있습니다.
• 어제는 되었던 문서라 더 의아합니다.
• 다른 컴퓨터들에서 테스트 결과, 몇몇 컴퓨터에서 같은 증상이 나옵니다.

nVidia 그래픽 드라이버를 제외하고도 아래와 같은 파일/프로그램들이 Excel에 관여를 하고 있는 것으로 확인이 됩니다. 해당 프로그램들을 확인하여 제거하고 문제 증상을 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.

1. 프린터 드라이버 호환성 문제에서 타 프린터 및 PDF 프린터까지 다해보았는데 되질 않습니다.
2. 문서 보안 DRM 프로그램이 몇개 설치 되어있어서 다 지우고, 재부팅 후 해보았지만 되질 않습니다.

다른 해결책을 알려주시면 고맙겠습니다.

문제점에 대해 보충 설명 드리겠습니다.

여러가지 증상이 있어서 테스트를 해본 결과

1. 그림으로 복사하기 기능을 써서 그림개체로 만들면 그림개체 주변으로 모든 텍스트 및 개체가

인쇄가 안됩니다. 마치 큰 네모가 문서전체를 가린것 같습니다.

그림 개체를 삭제 하거나, 인쇄영역에서 벗어나면 이상없이 인쇄됩니다.

2. 도형 서식에 3차원서식(그림자 등)이 적용되어 있으면 위와 같이 도형서식 주변으로 인쇄가 안됩니다. 이 도형에 3차원 서식을 효과없음으로 하면 인쇄가 됩니다.

3. 위 의 증상들이 모든 엑셀 파일에 적용 되는 것이 아닙니다. 인쇄가 정상적인 파일도 있습니다.

불과 일주일 전에는 문제 없이 했던 것이라 시스템 복원을 일주일전으로 해서 해봐도 안됩니다.

문의 하신 Excel 개체 인쇄 오류에 대해 안내를 드리겠습니다.

말씀해 주신 문제는 사용하시는 프린터 드라이버와 Excel 프로그램간의 호환성 이슈로 예상이 됩니다. (설치해 주신 프린터 드라이버 버전이 문제가 발생되는 PC와 정상적인 PC에서 확인시 완전히 동일한지 확인 부탁 드립니다.)

1. 프린터 드라이버 설정

a. 윈도우 시작 버튼을 클릭합니다.

b. 윈도우 시작 메뉴 중 [장치 및 프린터]을 선택합니다.

c. 현재 설치되어 있는 프린터 드라이버를 선택하고 마우스 우측 버튼을 클릭하여 [장치 제거]를 선택합니다.

(Microsoft에서 제공하는 Microsoft Office Document Image Writer나 Microsoft XPS Document Writer는 제거하지 않습니다.)

d. Microsoft Office Document Image Writer나 Microsoft XPS Document Writer를 선택하고, 마우스 우측 버튼을 클릭하여, [기본 프린터로 설정]을 선택합니다.

(해당 프린터가 없을 경우 Windows에서 기본 제공되는 프린터 드라이버 중 하나를 임의로 설치하여 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.)

e. 문제가 반복되는지 확인해 보고, 해당 방법으로 문제가 해결된다면, 프린터 드라이버와 Excel 2010간의 호환성 문제이기 때문에, 해당 프린터 제조사에 문의하여, 최신 또는 호환 가능한 다른 드라이버를 지원 받으시기 바랍니다.

간혹 PC에 공통적으로 설치된 문서 보안 DRM 프로그램에 의해서 인쇄 기능이 제한되는 경우도 있습니다.

1. 타사 프로그램과 충돌 - 문서 보안 DRM(Fasoo.com, McAfee, Document-Safer, SoftCamp, Mark-Any....)프로그램이 설치되어 있다면 반드시 제거하고 진행하시기 바랍니다.
