Office 문서 생성후 저장완료된 문서를 다시 열람하였을때 Office 2013 응답 없음 후 자동종료 되는 현상

지금 저희가 Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 을 사용하고 있습니다.

문서암호화를 위해 DRM을 사용중이기도 합니다.

그런데 문서를 저장하고 나중에 이문서를 다시 열어서 수정작업을 하려고 하면 문서가 응답없음 이후 자동종료 되는 현상이 발생되어 문의 드립니다.

혹시나 DRM으로 인한 문서가 이상이 있어 그런것인가 하여 fasoo.com에 문의를 하였지만 답변이 아래와 같이 왔습니다.

장애현상 : 암호화된 특정 엑셀 문서가 Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 프로그램으로 열람되지 않은 현상

파수닷컴 확인사항은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 암호화된 문서를 복호화하여 일반문서로 만들고, DRM을 삭제하고 리부팅 한 상태에서에도 동일하게 열람되지 않음
2. DRM이 모두 삭제된 환경에서 MS-Officee Professional Plus 2013에서는 열람되지 않지만, MS-Office 2010에서는 정상 열람됨

파수닷컴 DRM은 암호화된 문서를 암호화 하고 복호화하는 과정에서 원본 데이타에 대한 변경하지 않습니다.

해당 문서가 MS-Office 2013에서는 열람되지 않고, MS-Office2010에서는 열람이 되지 않는 현상은

기술적인 문제로 파수닷컴에서 확인하기 어려운 사항입니다.

안타깝지만, 해당 사이트에서는 덤프 분석 및 파일 송수신은 지원드리기 어렵습니다.

메일 등으로 파일 전달을 요청하시려면 Microsoft 고객 지원(Tel. 1577-9700) 센터로 직접 연락을 주셔야지 가능하지만, 지원 자격에 따라서 유료로 지원되는 경우도 있습니다.

새로 만든 문서에서도 동일하다고 말씀해 주셨으니 회사 내부 문서가 아니라 새로 만든 문서(DRM 해제 후)를 올려 주셔도 상관 없습니다.

drm 프로그램이 설치 되지 않은 pc에서의 같은증상이 있어 응답드립니다.

저희가 조치하여본 사항은 오피스 2013에서 문서 작성후 저장한 파일을 다시 다음번에 열어보았을때는 문서가 열리지 않았고 다른버전(오피스 2010)에서 사용하여 열어보았을 경우는 정상적으로 파일이 열리는것을 확인 하였습니다. 그리고 말씀하신대로 DRM을 설치한곳과 설치하지 않은곳 둘다 오피스 2013에서는 같은문제가 발생했습니다.

말씀해 주신 문제 증상이 정말 Fasoo.com 프로그램과 문제가 없는지 확인을 위해서 문제가 발생되는 PC에서 Fasoo.com DRM 프로그램을 완전히 삭제 후 문서를 생성/저장/재 실행을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. (만약 말씀해 주신 내용처럼 DRM 프로그램의 영향이 아니라면, 당연히 새 파일에서도 동일한 문제가 발생되어야 합니다.)

-> 또한 다시 저장한 DRM 암호화되어 있는 파일을 다른 PC에서 확인시에도 동일한 문제가 발생되는지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

새파일에서도 문제가 동일하다면, 아래 내용 확인 후 Process Explorer의 DLL 목록을 회신주시기 바랍니다.

1. 타사 프로그램과 충돌 - 문서 보안 DRM(Fasoo.com, McAfee, Document-Safer, SoftCamp, Mark-Any....)프로그램이 설치되어 있다면 반드시 제거하고 진행하시기 바랍니다.
