엑셀 트위터 링크 이동 오류

Question

엑셀 내 트위터 게시물을 링크를 삽입했는데 클릭하면 계속 아래와 같은 오류가 나옵니다
(해당 파일을 수신한 클라이언트에게도 같은 오류가 발생합니다)

다른 동료들 컴퓨터에서는 오류없이 해당 트위터 게시물로 연결되는데 제 컴퓨터에서만 오류가 발생합니다

그러니 담당자님의 컴퓨터에서도 해당 오류는 발생하지 않을 것 같습니다

연결된 웹브라우저(ex. chrome / Mircosoft Edge / Internet explorer)가 무엇이든 오류가 발생합니다 

*파일 내 링크 클릭 시 아래와 같은 창이 나옵니다.

*문제가 발생한 파일 첨부 방법을 알려주시거나, 이메일 주소를 알려주시면 해당 엑셀 파일 첨부 혹은 메일도 전달드리겠습니다

*현재 사용하고 있는 엑셀은 Excel 2016이며, Microsoft Window 10 pro 사용 중입니다. 

왜 이런 것이며, 어떻게 해결할 수 있나요?

I inserted a link to the Twitter post in Excel, but if I click it, I keep getting the following error.
(The same error occurs for the client who receives the file)

Other colleagues' computers connect to that Twitter post without errors, but only my computer has an error.
