Window Hello PIN error occured during log-in to office365

Question

Hello.

I want to log-in to my family account in another computer, but it requires me to insert Windows Hello PIN.

I use everyday my PIN to log-in to my windows account so I know what it is, but I cannot log-in in my office account using the exact same PIN.

I tried to change PIN in log-in option but this occured:

error code: 0xcaa20002

correlation ID: 0479f243-5799-0002-f84c-4a059957d901

timestamp: 2023-03-29T02:24:10.716Z

Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community.

Try adding the account associated with your Microsoft subscription to the Windows PC you are trying to install Office 365 on and install using the user account.

Go to Settings > Accounts > select Family & other users. Select Add someone else to this PC.

I believe your way would have solved the problem, but I did not want to add another account into the PC.

While I was waiting, I simply uninstall the Window Hello PIN from the PC and Office has not required PIN ever since.
