I'm a Windows "Home version" 11 user and can I use MS PAINT for commercial purpose? If the answer is yes, doesn't it matter if it's a home version, education version, business version?

I'm going to use MS PAINT for the game skin contest.

Can all the functions be used for commercial purposes?

If there are any features to be careful about when using it, please let me know about that.

    Hello,

By "repackage it as part of your website or app", I mean the process of creating a native mobile app that contains a web view component that displays your existing web app. This way, you can leverage the benefits of having a mobile app, such as ease of access, search engine optimization, and push notifications, without having to rewrite your web app using a different framework or language. You can also add some native features and components to your mobile app, such as navigation bars, menus, or buttons, to enhance the user experience and functionality.

This is different from deceiving MS Paint as if it were your app. MS Paint is a desktop application that is not designed to be repackaged as a web app or a mobile app. If you want to use MS Paint to create a skin for a contest, you would have to save your work as an image file and upload it to a website or an app that supports skin creation. You cannot repackage MS Paint itself as part of your website or app.

What is "repackage it as part of your website or app" ?

Do you mean the act of deceiving MS PAINT as if it were my own app?

If what I understand is correct, is there no problem submitting a work made with MS Paint to the skin contest?

Greetings! I am Ajibola, eager to assist you with confidence and assertiveness. I guarantee to provide you with exceptional support.

MS Paint is a free and simple graphics editor that comes with Windows 11, regardless of the version (Home, Education, Business, etc.). You can use MS Paint for personal, educational, or commercial use, as long as you do not repackage it as part of your website or app. You can use all the functions of MS Paint, such as drawing, colouring, cropping, resizing, etc., for creating your content. However, you should be careful about using any images, fonts, or other materials that are not your own, as they may be subject to copyright or trademark laws. You should always check the source and license of any materials that you use, and give proper credit or attribution if required.
